Project Manager II is a technical field manager role tasked with overseeing medium to large projects from initiation to completion meeting both budget and time constraints. This role requires effective communication and collaboration skills to mitigate uncertainty and serve as a liaison between customers and Minuteman personnel. A successful candidate for the Project Manager II will be able to contribute to company strategy by recognizing savings through vendor partnerships, strategic sourcing and/or design adjustments.
