Overview:
As a Recruiter at MIRA Safety, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to fulfill those needs. From sourcing candidates to managing the hiring process, you will be involved in every stage of recruitment, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers and the management team to develop hiring plans and set recruitment goals aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, onboarding) for US hires across all levels, from rank-and-file to executive, exceeding expectations in candidate quality, time-to-hire, and offer acceptance rate
  • Proficient in managing high-volume recruitment through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), handling over 100 applications during peak periods
  • Skilled at crafting personalized and informative responses to applicants and department managers via email (managing 100 daily) and phone calls, leveraging strong active listening and communication skills
  • Build a robust talent pipeline for critical positions through a combination of headhunting, passive sourcing, and proactive engagement with potential candidates.
  • Implement a rigorous online assessment for candidate and value assessment and evaluation, ensuring candidates align with the organization's culture and values.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior candidates on social media, aiming to connect with 10 senior-level candidates per month
  • Proactively maintain an understanding of company structure, policies, and legal compliance in employment practices
  • Monitor and manage new hire attrition within the first 90 days
  • Partner with the Marketing department to develop and promote our employer brand on external sites like Glassdoor and LinkedIn, etc
  • Proactively manage and update job boards, ensuring accurate and compelling job descriptions that attract high-quality candidates
  • Design and implement efficient interview processes, including defined stakeholder roles, scorecards, interview questions, and work prompts leading to high satisfaction rate from both candidates and interviewers
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably with demonstrated success in full cycle recruitment
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
  • A natural ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Skilled in utilizing ATS functionalities for efficient candidate management and communication
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Adept at juggling multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing effectively
  • A passion for building a positive and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued and engaged
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Familiar with JazzHR, Monday.com, Notion, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and analytics
