Mirabito Energy Products Energy Division is Hiring a Branch Operations Manager JC51 Near Johnston, RI

Position: Branch Operations Manager

Reports to: Region General Manager

Status: Fulltime, salary exempt

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS ? Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Oversee the day to day operations of the designated branch.
  • Conduct the day to day dispatching of service installs, repairs and cleanings to customers throughout the designated market.
  • Consistently render the best customer satisfaction to the public, through a well-trained staff, and product availability.
  • Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Schedule return trips with customers when necessary.
  • Must productively multitask and efficiently navigate industry specific software.
  • Promote a culture of safety on a daily basis through trainings, providing information and knowledge to employees about DEC and environmental safety measures and procedures; making sure employees follow all DOT, DEC and company compliance 100% of the time.
  • Manage all noted deficiencies and ensuring immediate action is taken to resolve the deficiency.
  • Perform weekly inspections/walk through of your designated fleet.
  • Manage and maintain maintenance records and the timely service of designated equipment 100% of the time.
  • Manage and maintain daily exception report.
  • Manage truck and vehicle maintenance record to ensure that all vehicles adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain customer database with current information.
  • Conduct clear and concise communications with department managers, employees and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times.
  • Provide oneself with a reliable means of transportation to and from work and the ability to be reached by telephone.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 90% of the time.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures 100% of the time
  • Possess a valid driver?s license and ability to obtain a valid CDL with additional endorsements preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES ? Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Take incoming customer calls and dispatch in a timely basis including after hours and weekends for both drivers and service technicians.
  • Ensure that all pre and post trip inspections and compliance measures are being done in accordance with State, Federal and companywide policies.
  • Create dispatch ticket for all service calls and respond to all messages left overnight.
  • Manage and maintain the on call schedule for the drivers and service technicians.
  • Communicate and follow up on all pending and recommended service work with customers.
  • Review, maintain and renew annual service agreement in accordance to company policy.
  • Maintain customer history files in database.
  • Prepare paperwork for all manufacture warranty parts.
  • Maintain service invoice log and update service database from service ticket
  • Maintain on call schedule, to include 1st on call and stand by driver.
  • Manage driver timecards by comparing them to daily delivery tickets.
  • Ensure the economic use of company supplies, resources and assets.
  • Comply with company dress code 100% of the time.
  • Maintain confidentiality 100% of the time in regards to customer and company information.
  • Perform work functions within all safety guidelines at all times.
  • Reports to work with minimal absenteeism or tardiness.
  • Attend job related training and informational seminars as requested.
  • Performs other job related activities and special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS ? Qualifications include and are not limited to:

  • Must be self-motivated, self-starter, results driven individual with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of heating and ventilation equipment preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 2-5 years industry specific experience preferred.
  • Possess a high school/vocational school diploma or G.E.D. and related certification.
  • CTEP qualifications-if not currently certified will need to obtain within 1 year of employment and maintain these certifications.
