Job Description
To provide care and support to children living within the community by creating therapeutic and positive relationships. This includes creating structure, guidance, accountability, and documentation based on service goals and plans for each client. The incumbent is expected to demonstrate professionalism, effective conflict resolution skills, and time management skills at all times. Must support the establishment and maintenance of trauma-informed, evidence-based, and data driven practices as Miracle Houses Inc evolves as a learning organization.
Must adhere to the Agency philosophy and mission statementROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide and maintains a caseload, providing community support and family
  • Ensures all guidelines for remaining in compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality are
  • Assists in the development of interpersonal skills which build self-esteem and appropriate peer interaction for each client
  • Accurately documents all visitation and client interactions. Significant events and behavior shall be documented and communicated in daily progress notes.
  • Represent the agency at all appropriate meetings, including court hearings, as
  • Builds a safe and positive relationship with each client without punitive approaches while providing engaging, nurturing
  • Understands the cultural diversity of clients and team members to better serve our
