We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a High-Volume Dealership Office Manager and Accountant. If you have a strong background in accounting, payroll management, purchase order and sales order processing, as well as HR responsibilities, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of accounting functions, including financial statements, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and budgeting.
• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.
• Process purchase orders and sales orders, maintaining accurate records and coordinating with vendors and customers.
• Handle human resources responsibilities, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, performance evaluations, and compliance with employment laws.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with the dealership management team to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and handle any related audits.
• Interact with state DMV to complete vehicle registrations

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience in dealer office management, preferably in a high-volume dealership or automotive environment.
• Strong background in accounting principles in a dealership setting, with experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and general ledger management.
• Proficient in using accounting software (Quickbooks) and Google Workspace.
• Experience in Dealer Management Software (Specifically Dealer Center).
• Previous experience with dealership Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively.

This is a full-time position at a a dealership is a small, close-knit team with less than 10 employees, providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.
