We are seeking a talented and experienced SharePoint Developer/Graphic Designer to join our team and lead the design and development of our SharePoint intranet, known as Hub. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SharePoint development, coupled with graphic design skills to create an engaging and visually appealing intranet interface. This role will be responsible for translating business requirements into innovative SharePoint solutions that enhance collaboration, streamline processes, and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop the SharePoint intranet (Hub) interface, ensuring a user-centric design that aligns with the organization's branding guidelines.
• Customize and configure SharePoint sites, pages, and web parts to meet business requirements and enhance functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SharePoint solutions.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal user experience across different devices and screen sizes.
• Integrate SharePoint with other business applications and systems, such as Microsoft Office 365 suite, CRM systems, and project management tools.
• Create custom graphics, icons, and visual elements to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the intranet and improve user engagement.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials for SharePoint intranet users.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving issues related to SharePoint functionality and graphic design elements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SharePoint development, graphic design, and user experience design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and business operations, to drive successful implementation and adoption of the SharePoint intranet.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Proven experience in SharePoint development, customization, and configuration, with expertise in SharePoint Online/SharePoint 2019.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with SharePoint migration, governance, and security best practices is a plus.
