Position Type: Full-time, Paid Internship (with opportunity for full-time role)

Miracom Hive, a leading staffing company, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing Communications Intern. This is a full-time paid internship position with the potential for a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitor strategies. Gather information through various sources such as surveys, interviews, and industry publications.
2. Lead Generation: Assist in generating leads through various channels including cold calling, networking events, trade shows, and referrals. Identify and qualify prospects based on their needs and interests.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, follow-ups, and feedback. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.
4. Account Management: Assist in managing client accounts by tracking sales activities, monitoring account performance, and identifying upselling opportunities. Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for account growth and retention.
5. Training and Development: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry best practices. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives. Share insights and feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience.
7. Goal Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets and objectives. Track progress towards goals and take proactive measures to address any challenges or obstacles.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with social media management tools.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous internship or work experience in marketing or communications is a plus.
