Fitness Instructor - Mirbeau Inn & Spa

Job Summary

The Mirbeau Inn & Spa is seeking an experienced Certified Group Fitness Instructor, a Certified Barre Instructor, and Pilates Certified Professionals to join our team of exceptional employees. Pay Range Varies Per Sessions

Responsibilities

• Be on time on your shift, prompt with each class and perform services to Mirbeau guests within the appropriate allocated time for the service

• Provide consistent professional wellness services in accordance with Mirbeau Guidelines

• Be flexible with schedule, supporting the needs of the spa

• Lead group and one-on-one classes

• Create a class experience that shows personality and skills

• Lead a safe, fun, and creative class with a genuine interest in student success

• Maintain a clean and organized studio space

• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as instructed by the Spa Director/Wellness & Membership Manager and Mirbeau policies and procedures

• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously

• Possess the ability to work without direct supervision

• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment

• Regularly attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings

• Communicate to management immediately if any and all occurrences involving difficult guests or staff in the spa that require immediate attention

Qualifications, Skills & Educational Requirements

This position requires appropriate certifications, along with gym/fitness/studio experience. Also requires excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality with a strong desire to provide exceptional client services and the ability to connect to clients on a deeper and personal level.
