Role Description

The QHSE Management Systems Instructor/Auditor/Consultant position provides a great opportunity for individuals to utilize their vast experience and knowledge in the ISO and API standards to make a difference in various organizations. As the face of Mireaux, the QHSE Management Systems Instructor/Auditor/Consultant provides strategic help, assisting Clients in the development and implementation of management system(s), as well as Auditing and/or Training in such standards. Some responsibilities include: 

  • Manage turnkey ISO/API implementation projects (Quality, Environmental, and/or Health & Safety), ensuring Clients achieve successful certification. 
  • Assist Clients in implementing various programs, including, but not limited to, Calibration, Maintenance, Nonconforming Product, Corrective/Preventive Action, Management of Change (MOC), Risk Assessment. 
  • Create and/or revise Clients’ policies, manuals, forms, procedures, and/or work instructions. 
  • Conduct Internal Audits, Gap Analysis or Supplier Audits. 
  • Conduct 1, 2, 3 or 4-day training classes, via Live stream or at Client sites.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or similar technical field.
  • Minimum two (2) years of management experience.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in developing, or directly supporting a management system based on any ISO or API standards.
  • Minimum ten (10) years of working experience, in various related industries.
  • Formal training and certificates for the standard(s) they are applying for.
  • Candidates located in the state of Texas or Louisiana are preferred due to our large presence in these regions, however Candidates from other areas will be reviewed and taken into consideration as well.
