POSITION SUMMARY:
The Office of People & Culture (OPC) takes a leadership role in facilitating all employee-related aspects of MK’s mission, culture, and strategic plan. The OPC supports MK in meeting its strategic goals by providing high quality service and counsel to promote individual success and increase overall value to the organization in all areas related to employment and the employee experience. The People & Culture Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the Office of People & Culture and reports to the Chief People & Culture Officer.

QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years of administrative experience (HR admin experience preferred, but not required)
PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS:
Physical Demands - This position is primarily sedentary but may occasionally involve walking or standing. Speaking and hearing, both in person and by telephone or computer. Repetitive use of hands to operate standard office equipment. May require occasional reaching with hands and arms and ability to lift 25 pounds
Mental Demands- This position requires regular use of written and verbal communication skills. Reading and interpreting of data, information, and documents. Analysis and solving of non-routine and complex problems. Use of math and mathematical reasoning. Observation and interpretation of situations. Learning and applying new information or skills. Working under intensive deadlines with frequent interruptions. Interacting with staff members and vendors
