MIRTEC is Hiring a Sales Manager Near Fullerton, CA

Mirtec is a Leading Global Supplier of Technologically Advanced Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) systems to the Electronics Manufacturing Industry with its HQ based in Korea.

We are looking for a highly experienced, successful and proven Sales Manager to sell Mirtec's inspection equipment in California. Ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the success of all sales and marketing strategies. You will be knowledgeable about the market and our competitive advantages in order to best execute new sales strategies for success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Works with accounts to identify new future application requirements and or gaining AVL status at the entities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide outstanding customer service and support
  • Train and support our sales channel to expand our business in all areas
  • Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analysis
  • Prepare & execute the Annual Business Plan, Business Strategy & Sales Budget
  • Attend industry trade events along with networking opportunities
  • Attend daily/weekly/monthly meetings and any other functions required by management.
  • Deliver technical sales presentations with professional manner
  • Travel approximately 50%

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field
  • 5 years' SMT industry Sales experience
  • Proven history of success in exceeding sales quotas
  • Legally authorized to work in United States

What you will bring (preferred but not required):

  • Experience working directly with AOI and SPI equipment
  • Proficient in Korean
  • Strong knowledge in SMT and related industry.
  • Must be proficient in general computer knowledge especially Microsoft Office products
  • Must be able to work independently and simultaneously manage multiple tasks; strong organization and presentation skills

Compensations:

  • Competitive Base salary
  • 401K match upto 4%
  • Sales commission based on performance
