• You'll be our go-to person for keeping everything running smoothly. Think routine inspections, day-to-day tasks, perform repairs, maintenance, and overall upkeep – you're the master of making sure our facilities and accommodations are tip-top!
• We're a family-owned business passionate about exceeding expectations, and we need someone who shares that commitment to quality!

Here's what we're looking for in our ideal teammate:

• A proven track record of tackling maintenance and repair tasks with ease!
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems,HVAC, and carpentry – basically a handyman superhero! ‍
• The ability to operate equipment like a skid steer (safety first, of course!).
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get around.(Bonus points: Having a Personal Truck)
• A background in construction is a plus, but not a must-have.
• Tech-savvy enough to chat with the team – email, apps, you got this!
• Someone with the stamina to keep up with our fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and an eye for detail! ️‍
• Communication skills that flow like a smooth conversation, and a customer-centric attitude that puts guests first!
• The flexibility to work various hours, in all weather conditions, including weekends and holidays, and on-call as needed (think of it as keeping the party going, not always necessary but sometimes requested!).
