Job Summary:
The Service Technician at Mission Chevrolet is a Full Time, 25.00-50.00 on a flat rate role in the Auto industry. This individual contributor position is located in El Paso, Texas and will require a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will utilize your expertise in the automotive field to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the highest quality standards.
Compensation and Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair services on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Recommend and carry out necessary repairs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of services and repairs.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and techniques in the automotive industry.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet team and dealership goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience as an automotive technician.
- ASE certifications preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean record.
