Licensed Practical Nurse Compensation

• The pay for this position is $38 - $44 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

• The required availability for this position is varied, multiple shifts available

Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities

• Collects and monitors assessment data and reports physiological, psychological, sociocultural and spiritual needs of patients and families
• Provides direct patient care under the direction of the RN/Mid-level Provider/Physician
• Informs patients and families about treatments and medications being received, equipment being utilized, and other related activities as appropriate
• Documents care provided via computer/written patient record
• Greets and communicates with patients and families

Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
• Associates Degree or Graduate of an approved nursing program
• MI LPN licensure
• BLS through AHA or ARC

Licensed Practical Nurse Preferred Qualifications

• CBIS Certified
• Healthcare experience
