What you do :

The Environmental Services Technician (Maintenance Tech) is responsible for installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems, and processes to support the achievement of the facility.

• Perform floor care, including stripping, waxing, and buffing.
• Implement inspections and repairs required by the preventative maintenance program and as requested by the Environmental Services Manager (EVS Manager) and facility staff.
• Check and clean exhaust ventilators, heating and air conditioning units, and respective filters and air handlers. Replace light bulbs, hang pictures, and move furniture as required.
• Perform touch up and redecorating tasks, such as patching and painting, as required.
• Performs ground maintenance for building courtyards.
• Check the emergency power generator system daily and test system weekly and monthly. Assure adequacy and completeness of all repairs and more.

What you need :

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• Three years of experience in comparable position preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
