About The PositionWe are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Family Law Associate Attorney with 5-7 years of experience to join our Dallas team. This position offers significant client contact and the opportunity to manage your docket while growing professionally as the Firm expands.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact with retained clients
- Proactively and efficiently manage cases from beginning to end
- Provide exceptional client services, ensuring clients are informed about their case status and options
- Thoroughly document case progress and help develop processes in response to client needs
- Review, organize, and analyze client documents and document production
- Review pleadings and other legal documents
- Meet with mentoring attorneys to share information and define strategy
- Sit the first chair on family law hearings and trials
- Participate in marketing activities to promote the Firm and professional development
- Licensed in Texas
- 5-7 years of family law experience
- Solid understanding of the Texas Family Code and the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with superior attention to detail
- Excellent prioritization, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Ability to learn and utilize new software, technology, and techniques as needed
- Creativity, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
