Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on various legal issues
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
- Develop case strategies and provide expert legal advice to clients
- Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and paralegals
- Juris Doctor degree and active Texas bar membership required
- Substantial litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting
- Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Competitive salary range: $125,000 - $165,000 DOE
- Multiple bonus opportunities based on performance, profitability, and origination
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance, Life insurance, 401(k), bar dues & CLE
- Flexible work schedule: 100% remote or hybrid (if local) with occasional travel to the home office
