Job DescriptionMission Recruiting proudly represents a nationally recognized law firm headquartered in the Texas panhandle. The firm needs an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney with a proven track record managing complex commercial litigation cases to help with the growing demand of their national clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
  • Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on various legal issues
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
  • Develop case strategies and provide expert legal advice to clients
  • Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and paralegals
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree and active Texas bar membership required
  • Substantial litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting
  • Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $125,000 - $165,000 DOE
  • Multiple bonus opportunities based on performance, profitability, and origination
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance, Life insurance, 401(k), bar dues & CLE
  • Flexible work schedule: 100% remote or hybrid (if local) with occasional travel to the home office
