About the Role:
- Practice Areas: Estate Planning, Trust and Estate Administration, Real Estate, and Business Transactions.
- Responsibilities:
- Guide clients on tax implications related to estate planning.
- Conduct client consultations for personalized estate planning advice.
- Draft legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
- Handle real estate transactions, including purchases and leases.
- Conduct title examinations and resolve property ownership issues.
- Oversee the closing process for smooth property transfers.
- Analyze case merits and provide legal opinions.
- Manage 15-20 cases simultaneously with a focus on delivering excellent client service.

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in MD (required); DC, VA, & FL licenses preferred.
- Specialization in Estate Tax Law, Trusts & Estates, Real Estate Law, and Business Law.
- Effective communication skills for client consultations and representation.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Estate Tax Law (no minimum required, we encourage all interested candidates to apply!).
