We are looking for a highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Have excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Hold an associate or bachelor's degree, or Paralegal Certification (preferred)
- Proofreading and formatting legal documents
- Managing case files and calendaring systems
- Preparing court filings and correspondence
- Communicating with clients and class members
- Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
