Role Overview:

We are seeking both new and experienced Mortgage Loan Officers to join our expanding team. This fully remote, 1099 position offers competitive commission rates and provides an opportunity to thrive in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Originate and close mortgage loans in line with company policies and regulatory standards.

Review loan applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the loan process.

Analyze applicants' financial status, credit history, and property evaluations to assess loan feasibility.

Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and mortgage market changes.

Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and team members to expedite loan approvals.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the mortgage department’s success.

Assist in training and mentoring junior loan officers.

Professionally handle any escalated customer issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

Solid background in loan processing and understanding of TILA regulations.

Experience as a loan officer with knowledge of FNMA, underwriting, loan origination, and mortgage servicing.

Familiarity with financial services, fair housing regulations, and credit analysis.

Proficiency in contracts, banking procedures, basic math, and escrow.

Accurate 10-key typing skills.

Strong mathematical understanding.

Certification or successful completion of the NMLS Safe Test.

Commission Structure:

New Loan Officers (0 Experience): 100 Bps - 137.5 Bps

Pro Loan Officers (6 Months): 175 Bps - 200 Bps

Branch Managers (5 Years): 225 Bps
