We are seeking a skilled Registered Dental Assistant/Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental assisting, aseptic techniques, and knowledge of dental office procedures. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to contribute to a dynamic dental practice.
Duties:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Set up and breakdown treatment rooms
- Take dental radiographs (x-rays)
- Manage patient records and documentation
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
- Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant
- Knowledge of Eaglesoft or similar dental software
- Familiarity with medical imaging procedures
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Certification in Dental Assisting preferred
