Responsibilities:
- Support management company and GP accounting
- Develop understanding of the fund as a whole
- Maintain full accounts payable process
- Book all accounts payable and credit card entries into QuickBooks.
- Manage and resolve vendor invoice discrepancy, payment status and other inquiries.
- Expense management including adherence to policy and procedures covering full pass-through expense model.
- Assist in expense allocations for portfolio management statements.
- Assist with system integration as needed, expense system automation etc.
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
