Responsibilities:

• Reconcile intercompany and banking transactions

• Maintain effective internal controls

• Review and process vendor invoices for timely payment

• Perform invoice and general ledger data entry, research and resolve issues or discrepancies with accounts or invoices

• Ensure necessary documentation received for new vendors and maintain profile updates

• Process A/P, corporate cards, and reimbursements with a goal of additional automation

• Assist with ad hoc projects

• Publish internal financial statements, variance analysis, and data visualization
