Our client, an international investment bank, is seeking an Application Trade Support Consultant to join its growing team. This individual will be responsible for providing technical support to traders. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of trading floor support experience from a competing investment bank. Experience with FIX connectivity is required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Traders, Middle Office Users, and Compliance personnel directly on the trading floor
• Oversee trading system and FIX network connectivity
• Share business workflows with support and QA teams to improve regression testing
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, support scripts, documentation, and procedures

Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience on a trading floor supporting mission-critical applications in the Equities sector, including US Market Making, ETF, Electronic Trading, Global Program Trading, and Options.
• In-depth understanding of high-touch trading workflows, FIX protocol, OMS, IOI, market data, and CTM.
