Our client, a prestigious global investment bank, is seeking a highly skilled Loan IQ Business Analyst to join their expanding team. This individual will play a critical role in the analysis, implementation, and ongoing support of Loan IQ, the bank's primary loan servicing platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Loan IQ, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis, configuration, and implementation of the Loan IQ system to meet the business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, including lending operations, credit risk, and finance teams, to gather and understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Work in partnership with internal technical teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of Loan IQ.
• Provide expert-level support for Loan IQ, addressing and resolving any system issues, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Loan IQ in a similar capacity within a competing investment bank.
• Strong technical understanding of Loan IQ, including configuration, customization, and integration with other banking systems.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex business requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with diverse stakeholders and conveying technical information in a clear, concise manner.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
