Our client, a global investment bank in New York, NY, is seeking a Business Manager to join their technology team. This individual will be assisting with projects related to change management and technology enhancements. The hiring manager is seeking candidates with at least two years of experience in business management from a competing investment bank. Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technology enhancement and change management projects from inception to completion
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports
- Utilize ServiceNow for project tracking and management
- Create and deliver presentations using PowerPoint to communicate project status, risks, and opportunities
- Develop process flow diagrams and other documentation using Visio
- Analyze data and generate reports using Power BI to support decision-making processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least two years of experience in project management, chief of staff, or business management roles within the financial services industry
- Proven experience in managing technology projects and change management initiatives
- Proficiency in using ServiceNow for project management
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and Visio are required
- Experience with Power BI is a plus
