Our client, a well-known hedge fund in Greenwich, CT, is looking to add a Financial Reporting Analyst to their team! Responsibilities of this position include preparation and filing of quarterly regulatory reports, gathering and reviewing financial statements, analyzing and reconciling the balance sheet, and calculating shareholder equity and distributions. The ideal candidate will come with 5-10 years of experience in financial reporting for a reputable hedge fund, advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing and filing regulatory reports (10Ks and 10Qs)
• Gathering and reviewing income and other financial statements
• Journal entries and Balance Sheet reconciliation

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of financial reporting experience at a reputable long/short hedge fund
• Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional attention-to-detail and communication skills
