Our client, a well-known Asset Management firm in Midtown, NY, is looking to add a Private debt Operations Analyst to their team! Responsibilities of this position include supporting the private markets deal team, P&L reporting and reconciliation, pricing, and loan trade support and confirmation. The ideal candidate will come with at least two years of experience in private debt operations for a hedge fund or fund administrator, strong loans product knowledge, and familiarity with WSO, CelarPar, and Allvue.

Responsibilities Include:

• Operations support of the firm's private debt business: P&L reconciliation, trade allocation, and settlement
• Overseeing loan transaction booking and confirmation
• Assisting with new client onboarding and fund setups

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in private debt operations for either a credit fund or fund administrator
• Familiarity with WSO, ClearPar and Allvue systems
• Ability to work independently, both in an in-office and work-from-home environment
