Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Analyst to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role will be instrumental in supporting various HR functions and initiatives critical to our business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis and reporting on HR metrics
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and maintain HR information systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Experience with HRIS systems preferred.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports using Excel to support HR operations and decision-making.
• Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, managing applicant tracking systems, and assisting with onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to provide analytical support for employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices within the financial services industry to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably within financial services.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data manipulation) and experience with HRIS systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Compensation:

• Base salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year discretionary bonus
