Our client, a global law firm in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team. This individual will be responsible for supporting attorney retention and engagement across the firm. Responsibilities include events management, calendar management, travel arrangements, data management, and expense reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of attorney events, including invitation management, room reservations, catering, and materials preparation, in collaboration with the Conference Center and Travel
• Participate in weekly administrative planning meetings and disseminate key events to other office teams for effective coordination.
• Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, label creation, nametag production.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
• 2 years of experience in administrative support or project coordination roles, preferably within a legal or professional services environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management systems preferred.
