Mission Staffing is Hiring a Legal Operations Analyst Near Stamford, CT
Our client, a hedge fund based in Greenwich, CT is seeking a Loan Operations Analyst to support the firm's credit business. This person will assist drafting, reviewing, and performing due diligence on both Loan Syndications, Trading Association (LSTA) Standard and other legal documents including Trade Confirms, and Assignment Agreements. Additional responsibilities include reviewing and coordinating with external counsel on proposed changes to legal documents, credit agreements and other relevant trade documentation. Candidates must have 2 years of experience working with bank debt/trade claim documentation from a competing financial services firm.
Qualifications
- At least two years of prior experience with syndicated loan settlements or trading operations
- Experience with LSTA standard documentation, knowledge of the LSTA Standard Terms and Conditions
- Strong Excel Skills
- Extremely detail-oriented
