Rapidly Growing Private Equity Fund in NYC looking to hire auditor with funds experience for PE Accounting Analyst opening!

Responsibilities:
• Review quarterly workbooks, waterfall calculations, equity roll-forwards, capital statements and financial statements
• Compile and distribute capital calls, distributions, capital statements and financial statements to investors.
• Provide performance analytics to senior management and the Investor Relations group.
• Review of investor notices and investor reporting
• Respond to ad-hoc investor requests as needed.
• Assist with treasury function
• Help to streamline processes.
