Our client, a financial services firm in Seattle, Washington, is seeking a PMO Consultant to join its team to assist with a large-scale Workday Financials implementation. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience working as a PMO within the financial services industry. A proven track record in implementing Workday Financials or similar systems like Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite is required.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the full lifecycle of the Workday Financials implementation, from planning to execution, ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive project success.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, ensuring they are informed of project status, challenges, and key decisions.

Qualifications :

• 7-15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on PMO roles within the financial services industry.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Workday Financials implementation; experience with Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite is also considered.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present project updates and insights to senior management clearly and concisely.
