Our client, a well-known investment bank in New York, NY, is looking to add a Financial Services Recruiter to their team! Responsibilities of this position include sourcing the best available talent for open Front Office roles, screening potential candidates for open positions, and working closely with hiring leaders to keep them updated on the current candidate market. The ideal candidate will come with at least five years of Front Office recruiting experience from an investment bank, strong sourcing capabilities utilizing LinkedIn and other candidate portals, and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities Include:

• Meeting with Front Office business line leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Sourcing top available candidates, utilizing the firm's internal sourcing systems, LinkedIn, and other external platforms
• Screening potential candidates for the firm's open positions with a focus on Front Office roles

Requirements:

• At least five years' experience in Front Office recruiting at a reputable Investment Bank
• Strong understanding of Investment Banking, with specific Front Office sourcing experience
• Exceptional communication skills
