Greet customers and conduct a thorough inspection of their vehicle to identify all collision damage seen and unseen. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of auto collision estimating, excellent communication skills (verbal/written), highly organized and delivers superior customer service.
Overall responsibilities will include but not limited to: Coordinating blueprint process; Writing accurate and thorough estimates in a timely manner; Handling customer from initial estimate to delivery of vehicle, communicating/updating customer consistently throughout the process. Ordering parts through Collision Link, Parts Trader, and other sites.
