Mission Yogurt, Inc. is hiring a General Manager for the new restaurant D Bar which will open soon in Denver Airport!
D Bar is a local American restaurant known for their award-winning desserts, exceptional cocktails, and first-class service. The D in D Bar stands for: drinks, dining, and dessert!
As we prepare to open this new location, we are seeking an experienced and hospitality-focused General Manager to lead our team in this fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of adhering to high standards and guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.
- Supervise and manage staff, including training development and performance evaluations.
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
- Handle cash management processes, including cash handling and financial reporting.
- Recruit, hire and train staff to our standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and professional growth.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with upper management on strategic planning and business development initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team management and development.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching overhead, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion.
