Please note: This position is not limited to Washington, DC. It is available for remote candidates across the United States. 

The core function of this position is to oversee and coordinate different fund lineup changes for the Client Experience team. MissionSquare has a large portfolio of projects and activities focused on fund related changes for recordkeeping clients. The Fund Lineup Services lead has a specific focus on oversight of the team’s fund related projects and a general focus on coordination and timely delivery of these projects.

Essential Functions for this role include:

• Oversee all Fund Lineup Services (FLS) project requests and follows project management best practices.
• Work collaboratively with management and project teams to scope projects, obtain resources, and schedule tasks.
• Maintain a high level of service to clients by responsiveness, effective communications, and completion of project deliverables in agreed upon timeframes according to contractual benchmarks.
• Foster collaborative relationships with Sales, Finance, vendor, and other internal stakeholders.
• Maintain project management information systems through our online collaborative workspace (SharePoint) to document project requirements, notes, and other critical information to be shared with relevant business units and vendor, as well as through our enterprise customer relationship management platform (Salesforce).
• Ensure fund data is updated in a centralized investment database by internal stakeholders and the fund data is shared with vendor when establishing new funds, updating key pieces of fund data, and requesting fund lineup changes on behalf of recordkeeping clients.
• Coordinate effective communications for plan sponsors, or consultants, and participants.
• Partner with management to prepare and deliver internal and external reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 3-5 years of experience in financial services or similar environment

• 3-5 years of experience in project management.
