Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage all facets of the project and product lifecycles. This role demands a strategic thinker with proven expertise in project and program leadership, digital product development, and agile methodologies. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various domains, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
• Leverage broad knowledge of digital products to drive customer-centric, agile product development and innovation.
• Implement and promote agile methodologies, including Scrum and scaled agile frameworks, to optimize project workflows and team performance.
• Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization, and with external vendors and partners, ensuring transparency and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce detailed project briefs, roadmaps, product backlogs, and user stories. Present performance metrics and results confidently to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Guide cross-functional teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement while aligning with agile values and principles.
• Focus on enhancing customer experience by aligning project outcomes with customer needs and market demands.

Requirements:

• Must hold a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification with a proven track record of project and program leadership.
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, preferably with a focus on customer experience and product management.
• Well-versed in Scrum, scaled agile, and other agile/hybrid development best practices.
• Broad knowledge of digital products and agile product development processes.
• Exceptional ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization and with external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to produce comprehensive project documentation and performance reports.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a strong focus on customer experience, project, and product management.
• Demonstrated experience in fostering an agile mindset and implementing agile practices within project teams.
• Experience in scaled agile frameworks or hybrid development practices.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in complex and dynamic environments.
• Advanced degree or additional certifications in project management or agile methodologies.
