Job Summary:
The Senior Director of Enterprise Applications will oversee the strategy, implementation, and management of all enterprise systems, including Electronic Health Records (EHR). This role is pivotal in leading the design, implementation, and support of enterprise systems, leveraging technology to solve business problems, enhance operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technology and business processes, with a proven track record in managing complex IT environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategy, development, and implementation of enterprise systems, including EHR, aligning with company strategic goals.
  • Oversee the management of enterprise applications and infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
  • Drive digital transformation, identifying opportunities for process automation, system integration, and technological innovation.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand needs and translate them into valuable technology solutions.
  • Manage the enterprise systems team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key technology vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and managing service level agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations and standards.
  • Manage the budget for enterprise systems, ensuring effective resource allocation to support business priorities.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, leading the adoption of new technologies where appropriate.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience accepted.
  • Total Years of Experience: 10 years
  • Supervisory/Managerial Experience: 5 - 9 years
  • Extensive experience with the implementation and management of EHRs and other enterprise applications.
  • Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation projects and introducing technology innovations that drive business value.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations.
