Missouri Enterprise, a dynamic nonprofit manufacturing assistance organization, is expanding its staff of Project Managers. We are seeking an individual with a strong background in Quality Management Systems (QMS) implementation within a manufacturing environment. Our ideal candidate is self-sufficient, can effectively assist manufacturers in addressing operational and strategic challenges, and provides hands-on technical and business development services from the plant floor to the C-suite.

Key Qualifications:

•Background in Quality Management Systems (QMS) implementation in a manufacturing environment.

•Familiarity with standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar.

•Strong engineering or business acumen.

•A college degree or equivalent industry experience.

•Proficiency in the tools, processes, and methods needed in today's manufacturing sector.

Location and Flexibility:

•Must reside in Missouri.

•Remote work flexibility.

•Approximately 15% travel around the state of Missouri to deliver our services.
