At the Missouri Historical Society, we are always looking to strengthen the organization by adding the best available people to our staff. We're seeking a Talent Administrator to help us source, identify, and hire candidates for various roles in the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, two or three years of experience in talent acquisition, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments.
Position Summary:
The Talent Administrator performs administrative duties related to the operations of the human resources department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to executing end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates, develop and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants, source applicants through online channels, EEO and labor law compliance reporting, organizing training sessions and events, updating the organization handbook policies. The Talent Administrator supports and maintains the HR modules in the organization's HRIS, (Paycom). The position also oversees and maintains best function of the ATS (AAIMTrack).
