Hiring Range $12.00/hour
Department/Employer Operating Hours Must be able to work: 1) Monday/Wednesday/Friday, or 2)Tuesday/Thursday afternoons weekly. The hours required for the shifts are Noon-5pm. NOTE: The start date of the position is Fall 2024 (training is week of August 12, 2024).
How many hours per week are required? M/W/F = 15 hours and the Tu/Th = 10 hours
Description of Primary Duties
The OSE Student Receptionist will: 1. Answer phones, direct traffic and perform other basic office functionalities. 2. Distribute department and student organization mail. 3. Support OSE staff members with various individual projects. 4. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Required Qualifications
One year of on-campus involvement and knowledge required. Undergraduate students preferred. One year work experience required, office work preferred. Experience with social media platforms is a plus. Required Certifications Additional Qualifications Special Instructions to Applicants
