Restaurant Supervisor for our Coconut Grove location.

Manages the operations and staff of a Mister O1 restaurant. Provides leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew. Creates and maintains a "MISTER O1 EXTRAORDINARY EXCELLENCE" environment.

Responsibilities

• Trains, monitors, and reinforces food safety procedures for Crew Members. Ensures all food safety procedures are executed according to Company policies and health/sanitation regulations; takes corrective actions, as appropriate.
• Manages food, labor and other controllable expenses. Works with restaurant management team to meet profit objectives.
• Lead and develop a team of managers and team members to provide exceptional service and maintain a "MISTER O1 EXTRAORDINARY EXCELLENCE" environment.
• Provides proper training for Crew Members through established systems and follows through to ensure compliance with Company standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, effectively interact, and constantly coach the team while knowing how the team is executing with service and pizza quality.

Qualifications

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to go thru our MIT program (4weeks) and be certified satisfactorily.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with guests and team members.

Work environment

In order to satisfactorily execute and meet the above accountabilities and key measurement criteria, the supervisor must perform managerial duties on site, in accordance with customary scheduling requirements for this position. The Restaurant supervisor must be able to stand for long periods without a break, being able to lift weight up to 50lb and be able to travel to the bank, other restaurants, Area Office, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
