Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, from case inception to trial preparation. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for the legal field and a desire to contribute to complex legal cases.

Duties:

- Conduct legal research and factual investigation
- Assist with case management tasks, such as organizing and maintaining documents
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Prepare exhibits for filings and trials
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts
- Manage case calendars and deadlines
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation and courtroom support

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Litigation Paralegal or in a similar role
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Proficient in data entry and document management systems
- Knowledge of legal drafting and contract review
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
