We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Insurance Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by selling a variety of insurance products to individuals and businesses. A key component of this position is the integration of event marketing strategies to enhance sales efforts and increase brand visibility.

Sales:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building relationships.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Present and explain insurance policy options, including auto, home, and business insurance.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Event Marketing:

• Plan, coordinate, and participate in local events, trade shows, and community activities to promote our insurance products and services.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential clients at events.
• Create and maintain a schedule of weekly marketing activities and events.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and effective promotional materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience in event planning and marketing is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
