Mitchell Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a new member to join our team. The role of Warranty Administrator // Service BDC is now available in our brand new facility in Canton. The Warranty Administrator is responible for processing all warranty claims, keeping up to date records and keeping within processing metrics as outlined by the manufacturer. In addition, as a service team member, greeting customers, answering phone calls, scheduling service appointments, making follow up phone calls to ensure exceptional service and other outreach programs are part of the role.
