Job Title: Financial Data Analyst

Client Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite: Mon, Wed, Fri)

Overview: We are seeking two Financial Data Analysts to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role is crucial in supporting financial data analysis and reporting initiatives within the banking sector.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights.
• Utilize advanced SQL skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from Oracle and Teradata databases.
• Develop and support Alteryx workflows for data processing and reporting.
• Assist in regulatory reporting efforts, particularly 2052A liquidity reporting.
• Work closely with various lines of business to enhance data management processes and reporting efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Services with a focus on data analysis.
• Proficiency in database structures, data warehousing, and financial accounting concepts.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience querying large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx for data preparation and workflow automation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements in the financial services industry.
• Ability to effectively communicate insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of 2052A liquidity reporting requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Previous exposure to different lines of business within a banking environment.
