One of our client located in Margate City, NJ is seeking for a Trauma Clinician for a Community Based Mobile Therapy setting – most cases in Atlantic County with some cases in Cape May County.

Shift Schedule:

• Full Time, Monday – Friday 9a-5p

Experience:

• Must have active LCSW/LPC/LMFT in NJ, Masters Degree in Social Work or related field
• At least 1 year of Mental Health experience working with children/families and other populations
• Previous experience in training and trauma experience preferred but not required
• Must have active drivers license, car insurance, and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, provide accurate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, promoting their mental and emotional well-being.
• Offer continuous support and guidance to clients of all ages, from children to adults, and their families throughout their treatment.
• Provide family therapy services to address and improve family dynamics, relationships, and communication.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Others:

-Clinical Supervision is offered to staff looking to obtain LCSW license

-Clinicians see 40 clients per week

-Company provides vehicle, laptop, phone for staff use

-Will be seeing clients in the home and community settings primarily in Atlantic County with some cases in Cape May County
