ities:* Patient Care: Provide basic nursing care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. Medical Assistance: Assist doctors and RNs during medical procedures and examinations. Prepare and administer injections, and collect samples for testing. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records, including documenting care provided, changes in patients’ conditions, and updating medical histories. Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on healthcare needs, treatments, and preventative measures. Provide instructions on medication administration and post-treatment care. Equipment Management: Operate and monitor medical equipment. Ensure that medical supplies are stocked and in good condition. Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and address any concerns or questions. Compliance: Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards, including maintaining patient confidentiality and following infection control procedures. *Qualifications:* Education: Completion of a state-approved LPN educational program. Licensure: Valid LPN license in the state of practice. Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required. Skills: Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a team environment. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift and move patients, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
