Type: Contract
Schedule: Days, M-F, between the hours of 8AM-6PM
Location: Multiple Locations in New Jersey (Newton, NJ, Bridgewater, NJ, Plainsboro, NJ, Hackettstown, NJ & Dover, NJ)

Responsibilities:

• Implement, coordinate, and manage processes to address the clinical, social, behavioral and cultural needs of patients
• Collect, analyze and evaluate data to continuously identify areas of improvement and adapt existing processes congruent with practice and patient needs
• Administer IM injections, health education, and ensure follow-up with patients
• Provide education on contraceptives and sexual and reproductive health
• Developed educational, nutritional and monitoring program in conjunction with PMPMC program for gestational diabetics

Qualifications:

• NJ State Licensed RN
• Experience with prenatal & postnatal care
• EMR: E Clinical Works

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37.00 - $48.00 per hour

Standard shift:

• Day shift

Weekly schedule:

• 5x8
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• RN (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• New Jersey (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• New Jersey: Relocate before starting work (Required)
